A brush for the ages. Velvet Steiff dog the base of which is a brush. I have never seen this piece before, it is probably one of Steiff's earliest toys, 7" l x 4" h

This large size, all original, lamb on golden iron wheels with curly white mohair is a beautiful example of the fine artisanship associated with Steiff. Excellent condition.

Black Cat and Mouse Wind-up:
A pre-war Schuco toy, the black mouse is velvet and he lifts the white baby mouse and vibrates. This same movement is found in other Schuco with similar configuration, but the black cat is very unusual. It is in nice condition although it is clear that it was played with. 4" tall
